Episode Synopsis "Episode 1"
In this episode of spongebob squarepants, Spongebob learns that the mayor of bikini bottom is holding a weight lifting competition and that the winner will get $100. Intrigued Spongebob starts to lift weights, however; he is really weak and can't seem to life anything more than a penny. When all seems lost there is suddenly new hope. Johnny Bravo makes a guest appearance and his good looks are able to motivate spongebob to get stronger. He can now lift up a nickel. Spongebob goes to the competition. The competition was a trick though. Plankton was behind it the whole time. He uses spongebob to try to get the krabby patty formula. Mr. Krabs hears about this and is angry. He calls in hank hill. Hank hill is able to distract plankton and free spongebob by selling plankton propane and propane accessories. A surprise has happened plankton called in bling bling boy, who used his state of the art robot to try and snatch up spongebob. He fails however and before bling bling boy could attempt again garfello uses his patented monday lasagna attack to put bling bling boy's robot asleep. The episode ends with dinner, which is of course lasagna.
