Episode Synopsis "Podcast: The future of journalism, Audio Activism and PR-gate"
This is exciting. My first "full-length" podcast (click on title). The highlights: 1. I'm now the butt of my friend's jokes for being a podcasting geek. But I don't have to be too lonely because Brian Hamman joined me on this podcast to talk about new media, citizen journalism and the future of the web, also making himself (generously) the target of some of the gang's wisecracks. Thanks, Brian. 2. The "gold star" website of the week: AudioActivist.org. 3. Talking points: The blog bubble, payola (yes, again) and the Bush PR machine. So much for the liberal media myth. 4. For once, I forgo the commentary. 5. Music by US3. Length: about 45 min.
