This week I had a great chat and catch up with my friend and colleague Ben 'Lunges" Leach! As well as being a Triathlon Coach and British triathlon Coach Educator, Ben is also a full time soldier in the British Army working as Rehab Physical Training Instructor (PTI) at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate. As well as a fascinating look into that world Ben also gives us his thoughts on Strength & Conditioning for Endurance Athletes and anyone looking to improve their longevity.
