His expertise extends to working with planning and zoning departments, contractors, and developers to bring projects to completion.Before transitioning to real estate, Erik served as President of Peterson Financial, where he helped investors reach their financial goals, managing over 400 accounts across seven states. His financial background provides him with a unique perspective on corporate finance and business operations. Outside of work, Erik enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and competing in Spartan Races.
