A Quality Management System is a framework that optimizes internal processes and policies for the continuous improvement of quality.  The approach builds on clear documentation of roles and responsibilities, procedures for each function, then continuously evaluates those processes for quality. Quality management is not just about eliminating errors or prevent them from recurring. It’s also about corporate culture. Ignoring small issues increases risk.
