無論你做了那麼多事情，好與壞都總會有人批評你，因此我們對於批評可以說成是相當厭倦。不過我們也要做一個理性的追夢者，把有用的抽出來，認同的拿出來，如果不接納或者不接受，就當耳邊風聽完就算，因為很多時候批評是來自於他們自己本身的價值觀及想法，未必有考慮到你當下的情緒及現實情況，簡單來說，為什麼批評會讓我們覺得厭倦，很大的原因就是那些人不懂得批評而已。
