In the first episode, I speak with Milen, a man who emigrated tot he United States 21 years years ago. His life story originates from Bulgaria and his viewpoints on politic are heavily rooted in his experiences growing up under the former Soviet Union. The conversation came about from some bold claims he made on Facebook about the democratic Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris. The conversation includes talks about how he views her ethnicity, her politics, his support for Trump, and his fears of where this country is headed. This podcast is about listening and understanding. Not arguing. I find it more productive to listen and observe the perspectives of others who do not hold like-minded views.
