Episode Synopsis "IEW Special: International Wildcat Spotlight"
This episode is part of a series of week-long events for International Education Week and it features two international students who were studying at Chico State when the pandemic hit. The hosts this week are Jasmine, who works on the marketing team at Chico State Study Abroad, and Tasha, an advisor in the Office of International Education & Global Engagement. Our guests are Hikmat, from Lebanon, and Sunshine, from the United Arab Emirates. They quickly became best friends while studying in Chico and have continued their friendship despite the distance. Join us as we discuss their overseas experience in the U.S. and how they're dealing with the ongoing pandemic in their home countries.
