As COVID-19 made its way to Nova Scotia, Matt Benvie and his team at Evolve Fitness pivoted quickly to offer virtual workouts to their 750+ clients. They turned the workouts into a fundraiser, asked for $5 donations and raised over $65,000. All the proceeds go directly into the local economy by purchasing gift cards from local businesses.
