This second and final podcast on Bradleys Educational Brainstorm deals with the discussion on how within our education system, Grades have become the achievement or the downfall of students and teachers. How can we change that? If so, does that mean we will still create students to still feel stressed out? This podcast makes multiple personal references and books such as Teaching in the Middle and Secondary Schools and an online book titled, Teaching More by Grading Less (or Differently). Again, both sources and my special guest on the podcast was able to allow me to fully understand the grading concept when society passes a student with an A, B, C, D, or F. However, instead of a passing or failing examination of the students understanding performances of the concept.
