Episode Synopsis "How play and creativity LITERALLY saved my life - Interview w/ Sayonara Raymond"

**ATTENTION: There were some tech issues while recording this episode. We were unable to edit them out in a way that kept the integrity of the interview. So, it's posted as is. The malfunctions were brief. Thank you for bearing with us, and rolling with things being perfectly imperfect!**  In this episode Alma interviews the lovely Sayonara Raymond on how she healed her life through play and diving into her art. When doctors gave Sayonara the news that her brain was overloaded, and she was at risk of losing all memory of her life and loved ones, she refused to accept that as her truth. She did a complete 180, and has completely repaired the damage that had been done to her brain. It's essentially as though it never even happened! We can all achieve healing of this magnitude in our lives. No matter what the prognosis, it is my firm belief that we can heal absolutely anything, we just may need to get a little unconventional. We have the power to take matters into our own hands, when western medicine leaves us without the answers we seek. We can look at other alternatives, not just blindly listen to what the doctors suggest. We have the ability to discern the cause and solution to our dis-ease.  One of the great resources I've found in my own healing journey to help find the root of some health issues is Louise Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life.  The website alchemyofhealing.com/causes-of-symptoms-according-to-louise-hay/ has also been another great resource, if you want to quickly reference the causes of symptoms. Want to connect further with Sayonara? You can find her on Instagram @sayonararaymond. Interested in seeing what glamorous and functional art she has for sale?
