Episode Synopsis "Menopausal and putting on weight? Me too!"
After the age of 40 weight just started to creep back on. The fact that I was getting "older" and was also peri-menopausal was a great excuse that I constantly used. Unfortunately deep down I knew it was because of all the sugar I was eating and the no exercise obviously contributed. I discuss how I overcame the constant struggle and a relatively easy way to loose all my unwanted kilos.
