As a business and executive coach, he works with companies to improve employee performance/morale and convert negative profit performance into successful financial results. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience and has worked with a variety of well know clients in over two dozen industries-including an NHL Hockey team. Oliver is often referred to as a “Hippy in a business suit." When he is not working he enjoys meditating, spending time in the Rocky Mountains and camping.
