Welcome, to Answering the Call. In response to the ongoing and overlapping global and local pandemics, the TWU Experiential Learning Office - in collaboration with the Pioneer Center for Student Excellence and Book-in-Common program - created the podcast to explore questions like "What is scholar-activism?" "Who does it?" and "What's it's significant?". Dr. Elia Tamplin explores how (and if) TWU campus communities navigate scholar and activist identities and frameworks, separately and collectively. Join us as we learn about the generative possibilities of scholar-activism and about the experiences of those who engage in the work, personally and professionally.
