Episode Synopsis "Agenius - Episode 5: Agency Roundtable - Why Data Analytics is important for your Agency"

In this episode of Agenius, OIA hosts Jeff Smith and Ashley Fitzsimmons bring together Ohio agents to share their experiences with the challenges of gathering data, and how they use it in their agency.  It takes time to enter the data, to make sure it is in a consistent format and of course, ensure its integrity.  Some agencies have gathered data over several years to create an overlook from 2 to 5 years or longer. The data can then provide the agency with valuable information about revenue by client, policy and carrier, policy count and employee workload and productivity.  Analyzing the data can give the agency important knowledge about customer behaviors for the agency to anticipate and be proactive in meeting the customer’s needs.
