Stefan Dapper is the CEO of Expertia Travel in Lima, Peru.  Stefan comes from years in the travel industry working in a slew of different roles, from guide, to trainee, contracting coordinator to eventually leading Tui Spain as Managing Director and now most recently he has spent the last couple years leading Perus Largest inbound travel operator and DMC, Condor Travel, and largest outbound provider, Nuevo Mundo Viajes.  I had the pleasure of working with Stefan over the last couple years and getting to know him, I got to know even more by having this chat and hope you enjoy listening.
