This is the second session I recorded at the Kairos Gathering. Keith Matthews is the main presenter. To be honest, I had never really heard of him before, but through this presentation and through getting to know him over a couple of days, I am very, very impressed by the guy. In this session, Keith talks about our personal Spiritual Formation, particularly as ministers and church leaders. This is really worth listening to. AE
