In the fourth episode of A Walk On The Wise Side, we’re looking at the different mindfulness apps that can help people, the other resources that are available, and how you can make them work for you.
Dr Stephen McKenzie is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Melbourne, and a mindfulness researcher, course developer and author. In this episode, Stephen and clinical psychologist Nicholas Van Dam will help answer questions such as:


Are mindfulness and meditation the same thing?

What are the best apps for mindfulness?

Are all those products labeled with ‘mindfulness’ the real deal?


There’s no right or wrong way to practice mindfulness - but it can’t hurt to have a guide!
