Listen "Session 342: Meditation for Self-Blessing"
Episode Synopsis
Sat Nam & welcome to Your Daily Tune-In!
TODAY'S DEVOTIONAL
"May God bless us with dignity, with consciousness, with grace; may God give us prosperity, health, wealth, happiness and love. May there be peace in the world, peace in our families, peace in our life, peace in our self. May you all prosper, be graceful and find excellence in your life. May the life come to you as a song of love and joy. Sat Nam." - Yogi Bhajan
TODAY'S PRACTICE
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Arch the right arm over the head, palm facing down 6 inches above the crown of the head. Raise the left forearm parallel to the ground and bend the elbow so that the hand is touching your chest, palm facing down. Eyes are closed as you begin chanting the following mantra...
I Bless Myself
I Bless Myself
I Bless Myself
I Am I Am
A mantra to reprogram our negative, destructive & un-useful self-concepts that we've picked up through our life experiences into a more successful feedback loop of self-reverence that is secure & beneficial to all of humanity
