She grew up watching her mother crush peanuts with a small grinding stone to make peanut butter for her family. Now Nobukhosi Ndlovu iset up a company that produces peanut butter at a large scale for commercial purposes. She is one of the 60 Mandela Washington fellows headed for the United States.
