The goal is to choose simple activities that you enjoy doing, so you can stick with your commitment of daily self care.
If you don't like yoga...skip it! If you love baking...try a new recipe! If your closet doesn't speak to you anymore...buy new clothes or learn new ways to style them.
Remember, your self care journey is not about being like me or any other mothers out there. Choose activities that you truly enjoy.
