Hi everyone! Thank you again for joining me for another episode of "Walk And Talk." This episode is a bit different, and more personal to me. I decided to title this episode "What's Your Story?" as it sheds a little light on my personal story. In this episode I discuss: - Growing up in the projects - Being bullied throughout my childhood - Understanding that some of my issues presently is a direct reflection of my experiences as a child. Many times we don't really understand just how much our traumas and experiences from our childhood is directly correlated with some of our behaviors and habits as an adult. The key is not to relive the past, but to use the past as a guide to help peel off the layers of the present to become a better version of yourself in the future.
