Vox Sponsae (Voice of the Bride) is a podcast on the Liturgy of the Hours, the public and communal prayer of the Catholic Church. The Church teaches that this prayer is none other than "the voice of a bride addressing her bridegroom" and that "it is the very prayer that Christ himself, together with his Body, addresses to the Father." It truly is one of the greatest treasures that Christ has left to His Church. Through this podcast, we hope to inspire greater devotion to the Liturgy of the Hours among God's people and help them discover the meaning and significance it has for the Church and her members. Vox Sponsae is sponsored by the St Thomas More House of Prayer, a Catholic retreat center in the diocese of Erie, Pennsylvania with the mission of praying and promoting the Liturgy of the Hours.
