Did I really ever see myself starting a podcast on the topic of Spirituality? Um, that would be a HELL NO. On this first-ever episode of Visions & Vibes, I just wanted to give you a short background on the podcast, as well as share the story behind what inspired me to start this. You'll hear me talking a lot about "feeling our pain," and that was something that I didn't do for the first 38 years of my life.
