Episode Synopsis "A professional engineer discovered a uniquely Mexican creative inspiration in retirement"
Chaz Manacsa planned to retire in Costa Rica, but a weeklong vacation here turned into two years (so far). The retired engineer was a full-time painter until he discovered papier-mâché here in Vallarta last November. Since then, he’s produced some of the city’s most striking artwork.
