Listen "Fight the Good Fight with Mark Fraser"
Episode Synopsis
On today’s episode, I have the honour of being joined by Mark Fraser (5:58). A veteran of the game, Mark has played 14 years of professional hockey that included stops with teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, and New Jersey Devils.
Known for this physical style of play, Mark encompasses a that traditional defensive-defensemen role that many coaches have coveted. A role that includes blocking shots, playing physical and fighting, it is not one that is as common in today’s NHL.
Throughout the course of the podcast, myself and Mark discuss his career, some of his perspectives on the shifting culture of the NHL to a more skill-based league, the importance of never becoming complacent, and a ton more.
