Episode Synopsis "Episode 2: 7 Deadly Sins Entrepreneurs Make in Their Business"

What entrepreneurs do wrong. It is usually hard to identify what entrepreneurs do wrong, but entrepreneurs make mistakes too. The number of business entrepreneurs are growing every year, and with the internet revolution entrepreneurs are starting businesses online as well - entrepreneurs are making more mistakes now than ever before. With the help of recent research, talking to other entrepreneurs and this infographic I have gathered 7 deadly sins that entrepreneurs make in their business that makes them lose money. 1) Not having a plan to sell products or services If you don't have a business plan then it's useless to start your own business because you will not be able to offer anything useful. Spend time planning how would you solve issues for your by offering something unique they can't get somewhere else. 2) No Research is done Make sure you are marketing to the right audience, entrepreneurs make the mistake of not marketing to the right group of people that really needs what you have to offer. Do your research on who your target audience is and where they can be found. Are there others in your field? If so, what are they doing well? If not, why is it an untapped market? How do they spend their money? Where are most located geographically? These are important questions entrepreneurs need to ask before investing their time or money into a business idea. Hire someone with expertise if you don't have time for this yourself. Americans love buying online - almost 25% of all purchases made in US are done online. And if entrepreneurs want to be successful they need to follow this trend and sell their products on the internet.
