He pastored evangelical Christian churches for over thirty years, and taught in more than fifty nations. Dale brings a breadth of perspective to facilitate change in developing nations through proven leadership development. Recently, the Armada Network established a new Ukrainian NGO, the Armada Union, focused on developing a new generation to confront the challenges Ukraine faces.
