My name is Torbs, in this podcast I will share simple and actionable strategies for becoming the fittest version of yourself, both physically and mentally. This podcast is specifically aimed to suit the lifestyle of busy young professionals who need a simple, yet super effective routine and healthy habits that can be followed anytime and anywhere. We all know that building healthy daily habits - things like working out, mastering nutrition and getting enough quality sleep will definately increase the quality of our lives. But the process of building these actions up to where they become daily habits is time consuming, discouraging and difficult. Therefore is my job to simplify the most important strategies and habits you need to master if your goal is to permanently lose fat, be strong and feel energized. That includes mastering your nutrition, exercise, rest & mindset. Not only to improve your health and fitness, but to really clear your mind and become more productive and energized at work. Movement does not only improve your body, it really improves how your mind works.
