A huge business organization can have some of the same qualities as school organizations and sports teams. In this episode we look at some of the key findings in “Good to Great,” and see how they can be applied to high school and middle school athletics. Coach Clint Ezell joins us for this discussion. Coach Ezell has coached Basketball, Wrestling, Cross-Country, and Track and Field. He is currently an Athletic Director, teaches PE, and coaches Cross-Country and Track and Field.
