Inspired to help others live a heart and soul centered life, she performs with her band Shakti Tribe at festivals and consciousness raising events.  Larisa also leads transformational playshops and world retreats, incorporating sacred sounds, tools from her private practice, Kundalini awakening, and NLP techniques.  In this episode Larisa shares life changing techniques and tools she uses with herself and her clients when faced with the raw and honest truth of being with oneself.
