Are you willing to abandon what you think you know, to give the people you lead preeminence in order to give them everything they need to be great. The Unsung Leader has shed the fabricated construct of the need for control. The Unsung Leader realizes that control is a myth and in an effort to exert control over people we lose the ability to facilitate an environment that allows for the best of that person or group of people to come to fruition.
