Brittany Allman has combined her education background in nutrition with her faith to create a Bible study that helps families take care of the bodies they have been gifted with and build health habits together.   In this episode, we get into healthy habits and how faith, nutrition, and fitness can all work together. You’ll get to hear Brittany’s thoughts on some of the best ways to stay healthy--and the science behind it all.  About Brittany Brittany Allman is currently a postdoctoral scholar at the Arkansas Children's Nutrition Center of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She recently graduated with her Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology with a Sports Nutrition emphasis from Florida State University, working under Dr. Michael Ormsbee. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
