Conswella "Sway" Bennett is this week's Smash Life guest (plus a quick hello from our 7-year-old friend Cait :)). Sway is an original member of Team Lis Smash and a teacher with Dekalb County Schools. Lis interviews Sway about growing up in Mississippi as a Jehovah's Witness, how she ended up in Atlanta and her powerlifting career.
