Episode Synopsis "Building a Professional Identity in Scientific and Engineering Worlds"
In this series on “Inspiring Identities” we look at how some real people have established themselves in the marketplace. You can build a Professional Identity in many ways. My guest today is James McNally, who has build a very specific professional identity by developing high-quality measurement systems to demonstrate and validate systems in scientific and engineering R&D. In this conversation, we explore how James differentiates his services from a host of others LabVIEW consultants; how his clients find him and how he sees his professional identity. We also explore some of the self-worth challenges along the way and how James sees himself today.
