Episode Synopsis "The Glass Ceiling"
The Sapphire Radio Show is aimed at inspiring, empowering and motivating young people aged 10 to 30 years. A secondary research study was carried out in 2015 and the findings suggested 4 results. The findings from these studies, are the governing principles that Sapphire operates by. The study looked at the influences that impact the target audience aged 10 to 30 years in the UK. The results showed that Literature, Events, Media and Programmes are the most influential tool. The study looked at the 4 ways people retain information or learn or are entertained. The study showed that influence over 10 to 30 year olds can be achieved through 4 channels, which are through what they watch, read, through socialising/ events and lastly through what they listen to. Here at Sapphire our goal is to transform and revolutionise the world as we know it. We want to be a voice of love, life and hope. We want to foster a community where we build up homes and not tear down dreams. We want to motivate, inspire and empower our generation.
