You'll learn that emotions are temporary states, unlike longer-lasting moods, and that letting go of negative emotions can lead to more positive moods.The episode delves into the often unconscious ways we hold onto negative emotions, such as obsessing, needing to be right, pride, validating unhealthy emotions, listening to certain music, or closing ourselves off to evidence.
