Phrase 2 is helping you to feel good the way you are. The Phrase are affirming practices on Theta brain waves to reprogram your subconscious to feel who you truly are. The best time to listen to The Phrase is right before you fall asleep and leave the recording on. The function of the mind is to create coherence between your beliefs and your reality. Listening to positive and present tense affirmations and visualising these into action helps to create this coherence. We can actually start living what we tell ourselves through repetition and the creation of "habits", especially when we also start seeing and feeling it, using our imagination. It can't just be a sticky note on the mirror, for actual change we must see and feel it. This can be difficult when the phrase is far away from what you experience right now. Don't worry. Just do it over and over and over again. Like Pattabi Jois said; "Practice, practice and all is coming."
