Ephesians 5:1-7Pastor Cory is back in our series on Ephesians with this message. Paul gets down to the brass tax with these first few verses in Ephesians chapter 5. Paul calls for the people of God to put feet to their faith, to walk in love as Christ has loved us, striving for a holy way of living that honors the Lord. When we devote ourselves to Christ, our lives as His followers should look different than those of the world. Paul urges the church of Ephesus not to walk in the very same ways that bring the wrath of God upon those who do not know Jesus.The calling for every Christian is to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. Well, where does the earth begin and where does it end? For us at Bald Mountain Baptist Church, the world begins in the Shumont Community on top of a little peak in Buncombe County, NC.
