Colossians 1:15-18Pastor Cory closes out our Sunday morning revival service with a look at the supremacy and glory of Christ as the very image of God. Going right along with Pastor Troy's earlier message, Cory calls the church to return our focus and devotion to Christ. He lifts up the Lord Jesus and tells of the beauty and splendor that Christ holds as the First and the Last, the One through which everything was made, and through which everything in creation is sustained. Christ is worthy of our undivided attention, of our personal and sold-out devotion. The calling for every Christian is to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. Well, where does the earth begin and where does it end? For us at Bald Mountain Baptist Church, the world begins in the Shumont Community on top of a little peak in Buncombe County, NC.
