I Have always loved the Olympics since I was a Kid gymnastics and Track and Field were my favorite to watch, it always made me feel like I could do anything. Here I am in my 40’s and I felt the same way I did as a child and I didn’t understand why was it just watching the athletes? I decided to take a moment and write down my thoughts in my journal and I wrote down lessons I’ve learned, and it became this episode.
