Some tools that can help you are books, blogs, youtube and podcasts can help you get started Another important step you will want to figure out is what is your Niche or strategy. Your niche is looking at what you want to work on in the real estate world. That can be a single-family, multi-family, or commercial to give a few ideas. Creating a map for your real estate plan is essential for any first-time buyer. Real estate is expensive, lots of information thrown at you, and can be all-consuming. Too much, can cause you to pause or quit the journey. Too little can result in no action whatsoever. Have an overall idea, write it out and plan how you want to start your real estate journey While learning terms and your strategy, join local real estate groups in your community.
