This week the team interview Lara the CEO and Founder of King Juicé Cocktails. Lara provides some great insights about what it’s like starting a drinks business whilst working and the difficult struggles she has faced personally across a variety of issues; including sourcing materials, pitching to stores and promoting the brand. An episode not to be missed. Lara is an amateur mixologist based in south-east London and started a business called King Juicé. Lara started this business November 2018. She been making drinks for years now having previously worked in a bar as one of her very first jobs. Many bars and clubs provide cocktails that are £10 or more and within 4 sips its finished and most of it was ice anyways they are mostly the standard drinks and often not worth the money. Lara started this company because she wanted to change that.
