A conversation with Jenny Ng, Director of Product Management and Marketing for the High Speed I/O business, part of the Amphenol Communications Solutions Division. Jenny is based out of Toronto and has been with Amphenol for a year and a half. We talk about her role in managing her product team, account management team, and customer service team; how she's developed a system of working together; and how she motivates them. We talk about the high-speed products she manages, including the OverPass product line and developments into 112 and even 224 GB/s. We talk about growing up in Edmonton, studying electrical engineering, and then progressing through a series of jobs until she found the right fit with Amphenol.
