With special guest Chelsey Walker, Crohn's disease patient of more than 20 years and Makenzie's big sister, we dive into all things IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) and what YOU can do if you recognize any symptoms in yourself or others, want to get involved, or would like to donate.
