This episode gives insight, hope and encouragement to moms who are going through depression. For the past almost 3 years, I've experienced depression. Quickly on the heels of me having several mini strokes, as I recovered physically, I also went through several years of feeling numb, trying to figure out what was wrong with me, and going from no real hope to coming through it and realizing that there's an amazing, beautiful life on the outside of depression. Will things be perfect, no but it will be ok and you can get through it! Ask for help and don't ever feel ashamed. Much love to you!
