This week, we’re speaking with Mr Arunav Kaul, a former research associate at DAKSH India and now a Hans Wildorf Scholar at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. He previously served as a Senior Researcher for the Delhi Court, where he examined the reasons for high case pendency in the subordinate judiciary. Mr Kaul has conducted extensive research into judicial delay in India from a comparative perspective, and today we explore how developing countries can use their learnings from the pandemic to create more efficient legal systems.
