Rahr and Sons Brewing is the oldest standing craft beer brewery in Fort Worth being found in 2004 and still expanding. Michael Thacker had the chance to sit down with head brewer, Austin Heisch, and talk about what it takes to brew up the now popular Brut IPA’s as well as the growing Fort Worth craft beer scene, their barrel aging program and what it’s like to be the elders on the block and much more.
