Hello and Welcome to the Big Question , a show that seeks to answer important questions that you may not have time to think about, keeping to a 10-minute time frame. Today’s Big Question is Will every family have a cancer patient by 2040? I don’t think anybody will be surprised that I ask this question. Today we hear cancer afflicting relatives, friends and even our own family. What is depressing is when senior citizens who have followed the discipline and norms of living a healthy life are diagnosed with cancer and well we all know what the family goes through. To answer the big question today I have with me Dr Dilip Nikam who is heading the department of cancer at the Grand Government Medical College in Mumbai and at the Cama & Albless Hospital, a government hospital in Mumbai.
