She is a long-time Market Researcher, Facilitator & Mindset Coach in Seattle. She regularly facilitates community listening sessions and conducts personal and professional development workshops online. Through DEI training, she helps small and medium-sized businesses create a better sense of belonging for their employees.   Paula received her MBA from RIT through the U.S. Business School in Prague and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has 20+ years of client-side and service-side experience in qualitative market research methods including ethnography and UX.
